所以各位賣家朋友再寫infringement的時候，可以先把之前文章里概括的內容寫上，然后再把這些問題一并概括到舉報信里，如果有TEST BUY 的ORDER ID的話 也一并附上去，這樣的雙保險效果會比一般舉報violation的test buy會好很多，成功率也會高 。
首先說一下，亞馬遜之所以會有跟賣其實初衷是好的，為了給買家最極致的購物體驗，相同產品情況下，讓買家能夠以最低的價格入手自己喜愛的產品，但是對于賣家來說有時候確實是比較頭疼的問題，好不容易花了很多心思，選了暢銷的產品，回頭確被別的賣家不勞而獲跟賣了，那么如何有效的防止賣家跟賣呢，我下面分享一些我的經驗 。
一，亞馬遜跟賣規則有哪些？
1、產品必須完全一致，包括產品本身、包裝、品牌、贈品、功能、數量等 。
2、跟賣產品必須為無品牌、沒有在平臺備案的產品 。
二，跟賣與防跟賣寶典
方法一：發站內信警告
當遭遇跟賣，馬上查看跟賣者是誰，并建一個word或Excel文檔記錄下他的店鋪名、店鋪鏈接、跟賣的產品ASIN、他銷售的產品有哪些等等重要信息，然后進到他的storefront，點擊“Ask a question”按鈕發站內信警告他 。
站內信直接發中文即可，為什么直接發中文警告信？
眾所周知，亞馬遜平臺的第三方賣家以中國賣家占絕大多數 。 警告信重點這樣寫：我已得知你跟賣了我的產品，ASIN是XXXXXX，我是該商標的持有人（如果你有品牌備案），如果你不馬上停止跟賣，我將向亞馬遜投訴你侵權；如果你沒有品牌備案，就說如果你不馬上停止跟賣我的某某ASIN，我將跟賣你的某某暢銷款式并不排除找服務商搞死你的賬號，請自重！
一般來說，對于小白賣家，看到這么多警告信蜂擁而至，多少有點心虛，然后撤退為好，惹不起還躲不起嗎？但是，對于那種靠跟賣為生的“老油條”，這種恐嚇他見多了，他或者把你的郵件當空氣，更有甚者，甚至會回郵件和你對罵，還可能反過來威脅你，這時，你就要用出更狠的招數了 。

亞馬遜跟賣警告信模板二：
